We focus on Japan’s lower middle market, bringing founder objectives, investment judgment and growth plans into the same conversation. For owners, that means a path to liquidity with continuity. For capital partners, it means unique opportunities developed through direct relationships, deal by deal.
Jonathan is an entrepreneur who has built businesses in Japan and the United States. He founded Our Billion Ventures, a private equity independent sponsor platform connecting founders and capital partners across both markets.
He is also an Investor and Operating Partner at SAYA University, whose work spans digital safety, cybersecurity education and Japan-native intelligence for AI.
Jonathan is a graduate of UC Berkeley.
